I am interested in riverine flood-related HAZUS applications in continental Southeastern Europe, namely Serbia and adjacent Balkan countries. I am particularly interested in finding sources of information related to structural vulnerability, ie depth damage curves for the structures characteristic for that region, or central Europe in general. Any information would be welcome. Thanks.
