Problem when running damage analysis

Hello everyone.  I am wondering if anyone has received the following type of error when trying to run a damage analysis:  “No records in flStudyCaseBlocks table for StudyCase: (name of scenario).  Exiting. . . “

If so, then is there a solution?

I would appreciate any assistance.  Cheers!
