The following resources are available for HAZUS technical support in addition to this forum.

HAZUS Manuals and FAQ at FEMA
The HAZUS User and Technical Manuals are located on the HAZUS program CD. You can also find the HAZUS manuals online at the FEMA website. In addition to the manuals, FEMA maintains a basic HAZUS FAQ on their website.

USEHAZUS Wiki
The USEHAZUS wiki contains informational and technical support pages provided by the HAZUS user community.

The HAZUSNET-USA Listserv
NESEC maintains the HAZUSNET-USA Listserv which provides community-based technical support through e-mail.

The HAZUS Helpline
FEMA maintains the HAZUS Helpline at 877-283-8789. Please be aware that HAZUS users have periodically reported connection problems with one or more of the extensions on HAZUS Helpline. If you are unable to get through, either try again later or try e-mail support instead (see below).

Email Support:
You can email the developers of HAZUS at the addresses listed below. You can also find these listed on the back of your HAZUS-MH CD booklet.
.(JavaScript must be enabled to view this email address) (for general questions about HAZUS)
.(JavaScript must be enabled to view this email address) (for earthquake model questions)
.(JavaScript must be enabled to view this email address) (for hurricane model questions)
.(JavaScript must be enabled to view this email address) (for flood model questions)

If you find a solution to a HAZUS problem through phone or email, please post the solution to these forums so that everyone can benefit from your experience. Thank you!
