Hello everyone.  On install, I have consistently received “Error 1920.ServiceMSDTC (MSDTC) failed to start.  Verify that you have sufficient privileges to start system services.”  I’ve made sure that I have administrator privileges and I still recieved that Error Message. I’m not sure if it is something with the registry or something else. Any information can help.

That error is new to me.

If you haven’t already, try sending your post to HAZUSQuakeHelp@pbsj.com (I know it says “quake help” in the address but it’s for general installation and software questions too)

I believe that it has to do with something of the system registry. As it exactly says “Error 1920. Service MSDTC (MSDTC) failed to start. Verify you have sufficient privileges to start system services.” Still not sure why it keeps coming up with this error since I have administrator privileges. I’ve tried calling Tech Support but nobody would answer even during normal business hours.
