First post out of frustration with trying to load software.

Finally through Installation of software thanks help from IT, now open HAZUS and get pop-up as attached.
Placed State Data in folder on Hard Drive and linked to it during installation.

Asks to see User Manual, Appendix A, but which User Manual.

Any help for a newbie would be appreciated

I have e-mailed Tech Support as well with no response yet.

fixed thanks to Tech Support, had to go into REGEDIT and fix a Datapath and second error was computer issue in which folder was immediately defaulting to “Read-Only” and Compression.
