I’m new to HAZUS.  I have installed HAZUS, but when I try to install a region I continually get the error - Code 80040e14
The description says “Directory Lookup for the file “I:\StudyRegions\PCTest\PCTest_data.mdf” failed with the operating system error 3(The System cannot find the path specified).

HAZUS creates the directory “I:\StudyRegions\PCTest”, so it doesn’t seem to be a permissions problem, but I am stumped.

I am using Windows XP SP3, SQL Server Standard, and ArcGIS 9.3.1.
