HAZUS and Windows XP SP3

I have HAZUS-MH MR3 (V 1.3).  The supporting software that my computer has is Windows XP SP3 ( I know it must be Windows XP SP2) and I also have ArcView 9.2 SP2.

I am following the user manual to begin learning the program….every thing seems ok but when I analyze the results, after running the default data,  they don’t look consistent.

Do you think maybe is because I am using Windows XP SP3????

I don’t think the Windows XP service packs are causing your problem. HAZUS-MH MR3 can run with Windows XP SP3 and with ArcGIS 9.2 SP2 through SP5.
