- MIDLOTHIAN, Va. -- Natural disasters disrupt the daily routine of survivors' lives, and nowhere is a disrupted routine more evident than when a school is destroyed. The Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) is awarding approximately $3.25 million dollars to rebuild Louisa County Public Schools' Thomas Jefferson Elementary School.
