Then he or she will have access to the Help Desk website https://support.hazus.us to submit requests for support, search for solutions in the repository and sign up to receive automatic notifications
when information related to specific interests is updated. Users will have access to technical assistance 24/7.

You can still submit a question at 1-877-283-8789. Those questions will be added to the
Help Desk requests and you will be able to check online for updates and solutions.
